If you’re not happy with the quality of the products you received, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll do everything we can to look into it and find a solution.
If our quality assurance team confirms your claim, we will gladly send a complimentary replacement order as soon as feasible.
We’d rather address any issues and provide a new order to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If this isn’t possible, or you can’t wait for a new order to arrive, please let us know when you contact us, and we’ll provide a refund.
Consistency of Color
To minimize color discrepancies, we employ the same print machines, paper types, and labor procedures at our print partners. However, printing is a chemical process, and perfect consistency is impossible to attain. Color, uniformity, and final output are influenced by a variety of factors, including machine type, machine settings, paper kinds, room humidity, and when the machine was last cleaned, to name a few. Color variations that may occur due to the above-mentioned reasons lie within acceptable tolerance levels and are not covered under our quality guarantee.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive defective or damaged orders, such as damage to the delivered products, errors in the number or quantity of the delivered products, or lack of quality of the delivered product not caused by lack of quality of the content you provided. Should you want to submit a new order, we will cover the costs of the new order.
The shipment will be returned and safely disposed of if you offer an address that the courier deems insufficient. If you want to place a new order with an updated address, you will be responsible for the new order’s fees.
Rejected By Recipient
If you reject the package during delivery, it will be returned and safely disposed of. If you want to place a new order with an updated address, you will be responsible for the new order’s fees.
If you are unable to receive your order at the specified address, packages may be available for pickup at a local post office or carrier drop-off location. Unclaimed shipments may be returned to the sender. In these circumstances, please place a new order and contact us so that we can report the error and arrange for a refund of the product price for the new order (you will still have to pay for the shipping costs).
Because the things you order are customized and produced uniquely for each order, we currently do not accept returns. If you want to place a new order, you will be responsible for the new order’s charges.
