2. Hosting Accounts
Renewal and Payment Obligations:
Clients are responsible for ensuring timely renewal of hosting accounts. Renewal dates are specified in the service agreement. Failure to pay renewal fees by the due date may result in temporary suspension of the hosting account one week after the renewal date.
Website Files and Database Storage:
Clients are responsible for maintaining backup copies of all website files and databases. We are not liable for storage or retrieval of website content. Upon termination or cancellation, all website files and databases will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Data Loss:
We strongly recommend that clients regularly back up website files and databases. We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur due to non-payment, termination, or cancellation.
Account Reactivation:
Temporarily suspended hosting accounts may be reactivated within a specified grace period upon payment of all outstanding fees. Additional reactivation fees may apply after the grace period.
Amendment and Termination:
We reserve the right to amend, modify, or terminate hosting accounts at our discretion, without prior notice or liability, in the event of non-compliance with these Terms.
3. SEO Services – Cancellation and Downgrade Policy
SEO services are structured as long-term engagements and may involve ongoing campaigns, strategies, and third-party providers. Any request to cancel or downgrade services must be submitted prior to the renewal date.
Requests made after the renewal date cannot retroactively stop the current billing period, as work is already planned and underway. This includes efforts involving third-party providers, paid tools, or campaigns already in progress. The current period will remain fully billable, and changes will apply only to the next billing cycle.
4. Client Content Responsibility
Clients are solely responsible for all content, materials, products, and services published, displayed, or sold on their websites, including text, images, videos, downloadable files, and e-commerce offerings. By using our services, clients represent and warrant that they have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use, display, and sell such content and products.
Clients must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in connection with their website content, products, and services.
Indemnification:
Clients agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Best Designers In The World from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from content or products on their website, including but not limited to intellectual property infringement, misleading claims, or illegal products.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are and remain the exclusive property of Best Designers In The World and its licensors. Clients may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content without express written permission.
6. Links to Other Websites
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Best Designers In The World.
